Grand Asian Journal of Food and Nutrition (GAJFN)

The Grand Asian Journal of Food and Nutrition (GAJFN) is an annual, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Department of Food, Nutrition and Agriculture Sciences, Grand Asian University, Sialkot, Pakistan, under the editorship of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Ahmad.

The journal publishes scholarly work in nutrition science, food science and technology, dietetics, and the environmental sciences associated with food production and quality.

Contributions are invited from academics, researchers, clinicians, dietitians, and professionals engaged in industry and public health. Every manuscript is assessed through double-blind review by specialists in the relevant discipline. Currently, no charges are levied at submission, review, or publication, and all articles are made freely available upon release.

The inaugural issue, Volume 1, Issue 1, was published in September 2025 and comprised five articles. The journal continues to broaden its published record with each successive volume.
